Get yourself a brand and a sword, cuz you'll need them for the boss. You'll also need Resta and Mates and Fluids. Bring as many mates and fluids that you can cuz you're gonna need them. Battling the boss at a low level like that is a long and drawn out battle. If it's hard for you, just level up some more too.

use a sword and a good short range weapon(saber brand) for the boss. You should have the spell resta. You should also bring plenty of mates in case you run out of fluids to cast resta. Learn some simple attack magics to defeat the pan arms on cave 3 if you train more instead of using a sword use a partisan.

1. If there ANY switches, use a Trap Vision.
2. For large groups of enemies, use a Sword or Partisan.
3. For Grass Assasians and Nano Dragons, use Sabers.
4. For boss, use Handguns and Swords/Partisans.
5. Don't forget the resta.

Well now I am at lvl 11 and who said I was going after the boss? Anyway.. I just started and finished the first quest.. the one with cakes and such. I plan on doing all the quests except for waterfall tears. THEN the boss. What level for the boss?

around 15 or 20 I beated the boss on level 21? 20? I didn't get a chance to fight it on my lower levels since I had to play this game multiplayer with my brother and sister.Anyways,I got killed by it twice before I even beated it since I wasn't prepared

Hmm and I have some problems with him.. Accuracy of a rock, and the rate at which he consumes mates/resta +low TP.... I did however encounter a Red lilly thing and got a General/mind.

Just be prepared. It is nosweat if you stay calm and fight him like a real warrior.

Buy alot of dimates and monofluids.

God no. Androids suck offline at higher lvls

not if your ranged like mine (RAcaseal)

well I think I am going to stay with him, until I get the Xbox version. Then I think I will do FOmarl or HUcsat. What really stopped me from switching to HUcast is that I got those two General/minds... I could give them to my FOmar... But I deleted him.

I do have a RAmar at the same area...

Bring as much of every recovery item that you can.If you plan to fight the boss use a sword since it hits multiple areas. If you know rafoie it's a good spell to use when he isn't on the boat.Don't waste too many fluids using rafoie though.

Tell that to my lvl 155 HUcaseal as she glides through Ult Seabed like it was Normal Forest. Androids dominate, especially offline at high levels.

If you are having problems with Normal Caves then I suggest you find a Brand A.S.A.P, it really makes that level alot easier. I usually find that on Normal difficulty it is actually better to go through Forest and Caves using Sabre type weapons ( high ATP, higher ATA than a sword, it's also alot faster to use especially if you are a Humar or a Hucast and since you are not being mobbed by enemies yet you can afgord to use a weapon that only hit's one target at a time ) and it is better to leave the Swords untill you get to Mines and Ruins. Also level up as much as you can before you take n the boss. Alot of more experienceed player can beat him at low levels but the standard level for relatively new PSO players is somewhere around lv. 15-18. I usually attack him with a brand ( on Normal at least ) but you could also try a sword since the boss has multiple targets and he gets hit multple times when you use a Sword or a Partisian.

I killed the boss with my RAmar, now I am at the mines... and like I said I am stopping the use of my HUmar for now.

Are you on the DC version or the GC version right now (keep referring to "when you get the XBOX" version)?

If you plan on going online and have the GC PSO--I would just stick with it. I don't want to start a fanboy war, but PSOX online usually isn't much of a...positive experience.

I have the GC one, but I do not feel like paying two monthly fees, well four actually. I already got Xbox live. I got another topic for tips for my RAmar... so please post there.
