I've tried refreshing a couple times, to no avail. Additionally, I love tattoos. I've got just one of my own that I picked up about 4 years ago... kinda regretting it, though, 'cause it's turned up on a few mass-produced t-shirts - a teensy tribal dragon on my shoulder. Joy - cost me $125, for a crappy job that faded in a couple months. Bah, I was 17 and I didn't know any better - I'll just attribute it to immature folly. Lately, I've been thinking of getting a Japanese style backpiece - wanted to do my own artwork for it, too... just don't have the monetary means. In the meantime, I think I'll just get my other nipple pierced, so that I can look more symmetrical, and not feel so off-balance with just the one piercing. I have shots of the tattoo and nipple ring on the pages I've got hosted on geocities, if you're interested in having a look.

Iceblink - I think the majority of us are stoodints... Just that some people might be holding a job while studying. I don't know many people that spend most of their time off playing video games after coming home from 8 hours of hell. I think most people tend to fall flat on their face from exhaustion after the rigours of the working-world day.

Well, my dad was born in China, and moved over to Hong Kong when he was 3, and my mom was born in Hong Kong.

They moved over to England some 20 something years ago, and soon, had me and my twin brother (and we're not identical) ^_^;

I grew up in the town of Kettering, situated somewhere in England, and I've had a somewhat unusual life, for some reason, being accident-prone. ^_^;; Over the last two years, I've had five car crashes, two bus crashes, fell down a mountain, had amnesia twice (!), been in the hospital more times than I can remember... it's been one hell of a ride. ^_^;;

Then I upgraded to NES, SNES, Sega CDX, Sega Saturn, N64, PSX, DC and lastly PS2 (I still own all those except the atari that my dad sold ~sniffle~) At 15, 2 weeks from being 16, I got my first job at a video game store! Oh happy day! And the Mgr of that store at the time is one of my best friends, whom him and his GF are my roommates now, so I still get the video game hookup. And he got PSO, I was iffy about it, but he urged me to buy it, I did and well, I've been addicted to PSO since. I can never figure out what's pertinent to say when telling your "life story". I guess, since we're on the topic of video games... I first saw the NES in '87, I think it was. My next encounter with a "gaming" device was a MacIIlc (i think) running SimAnt on it ("Barf... slurp") - I think that was the sole purpose of that machine... then there were the SNES, Playstation, and Dreamcast.

There's a lot more that I don't care to relate at the moment.

I got my Dreamcast because I said "you know, I haven't had a console since the SNES, and that wasn't even mine, was my brother's". So I went, and with the first spankin new paycheck of my co-op job, dropped $400 for the thing and accesories. ^.^ Within a couple weeks I had sunk another $100 in for more controllers, etc. It's probably the coolest thing I ever bought. I play the thing pretty much every day, even before PSO. ^.^

Not in a RP mood today, more of a OH THANK GOD ITS FRIDAY offtopic mood, lol.

I'm 21 and have lived in boring arse, Amish paradise Indiana for too freakin long, like 12 years. The previous 9 years of my life were spent in about 8 differnt states through out the west and midwest. My father worked on Oil Pipelines for quite awhile and we moved because of that, it was almost like being in the Army or sumthings.

I've lived in California, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Texas, Missouri, and Indiana (which is not the place I wanted to end up hehe). Overall I like living in many differnt places. Although I never planed on making life long friends, I did get to experiance an array of differnt people, ideas, and overall I think it has made me a better person today having more variety.

Its funny what we remember and what we dont (hehe like from Forest Gump) I dont remember much of my childhood however for some reason there are small things I remember like smashing my thumb in a car door when I was like 4, almost all my pets, and all my experiances with Bikes..from my Smurf Big Wheel, to my BMX with Training wheels hehe.

Life changed for me around when I was 8. My parents got a divorce. Now i'm not gonna get into all the stupid oh boo hoo feel sorry for me crap. I guess the only hard thing for me was, I had no idea they were having problems. I had always been so involved with both of them my mom and dad were and are still my closest friends, and it happend and I didnt know why. So around this time a few custody battles ensued and in the end my Mom remaried, and my Dad got custody because of my choice and prob my Step Dad's other son's criminal history, lol.

Well this is where life finaly picked up, without both my mom and my dad always around I had to rediscover who I was. Over the next few years I started to hang out more with the kids around my apartments and for the first time in my life of 8 years I made friends. This opened me up to all sorts of things my "religious" mother really never exposed me to. Music, cartoon (not just saturday morning cartoons hehe ANIME!) oh and lets not forget Girls and Video Games hehe.

I had a computer through out my life, of course always very out dated, I had a 386 Tandy when the first pentium came out...games were far and wide...I think the only one I ever played was some old school Dragons Lair. Well I finaly got high tech, over the next few years my interest went from Legos and Hot Wheels to Duran Duran and Nintendo!

My dad bought one of the first Multi Disc CD players and a 1200watt Kenwood system that never went past like level 2 on the Volume, darn apartments. He also belonged to one of those Music Clubs and let me order a CD every Month. I had no idea what kind of music I liked? I had watched MTV and listened to the pop channels, but I knew there were sooo many other things I have never listened. You are not going to believe this, but the first CD I ever owned was Disco's Greatest hits CD...why? cus I didnt know what Disco was, lol. From there is progressed to trying Hip Hop, rock, jazz etc. I knew what Country was, its all my dad ever bought lol.

Then the day game that I will never forget. I was with my Dad at one of his co-workers house and this guy was prob in his late 30s...and he had probably every single game system made. I mean stuff I had never knew exsisted. This one had Glasses you put on and you would run this guy though a 3d maze, the Master System, 4-5 Ataris, the Nintendo with this little Robot, a few arcade games...wow I was hooked lol. After that I think my dad knew he had lost me to the dark side and I asked for a Nintendo lol. And basicaly the rest is history.

My taste in music always changed and so did my taste in games. It started with all sorts of weird games. Like Adventure Island, Marrio, Kid Icaris, Wizzards and Warriors, Gladius, Russian Attack, many others. Then one time I was at a friends house and his older brother was playing a very interesting game. It was Ultima. I gave it ago...I was lost I had no idea what I was doing (he was far into the game) He gave me Dragon Warrior and say here, this is a good RPG to start with. Well thats all she wrote the beginning of the end of my life lol...RPGs after that it was Faxanadu then Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger...it hasnt ended yet lol.

No, my hair isn't that long right now. I grew my hair out a bit longer for a few months after, but dyed it black shortly after the shot. A while later, I cut my hair short, while still keeping it black. Last summer I shaved my head, and kept it shaved down to the skin. Should have seen the nasty sunburns and the skin peeling off in chunks - that was nummy! So, I have hair now - had to keep my head warm during winter, but I don't want to grow it long... I hate that mid-length where you have no idea at all what to do with it. And I don't feel like colouring my hair, because I noticed a while back that I have these bits of red in my hair (weird genetics) - about a third of the hair that pops out of my hair is really red. It blows my mind.

I feel all self-conscious and dirty now.
