forgot username

i forgot my username of my hunters license and when i try to make a new account it says acces key and serial number already in use
i know im a fool and if playsega had an help page i wouldn't have to ask it here...

If you click on the big helpful button marked Support at the Sega site you will see another big helpful button for queries about the Hunter's Licence.

If you call one of the phone numbers listed a nice lady will let you know your user name and password if you give her the serial number and access key.

thats all it says and if i can't login i can't go to the support button. but i just remembered it now i only need to know someone with a credit/debit card...

Stupid thing is, I know most of my name... Seph something, grr! Seph7 something, or I even thought it might be the same one from here, but I swear I had an AIM name like it! Argh...

Sega can't E-Mail me my username and password either... Their technical support SUCKS!

have you tried phoning them? you will need your serial number and aceess key for a password re-set.
