Yes, this belongs in the trade forum, but the high %s doesn't necessarily mean it's hacked, he coulda used photon drops/spheres and upped the percentages via West Tower and Gallon's Shop. But, with it being a Guld Mila and all, it's most likely hacked..

i have a guild milla and i will trd just tell me when u would like to meet. it has alright percents and it cool to ask for percents because its not always hacked
