Anyone ever seen or used a Stink Frame?

I was just wondering, what makes it so stinky?

I assume it multiplies the natural body odor from your own character. It doesn't matter if you stink or not, if you stink a little, it will make you stink a lot and if you already stunk a lot without it, well you're gonna be repelling flies and racoons when you wear it.
