Being only friend material can be a good thing as well as a bad thing. Good: Learning more about girls. Not finding yourself having to reject a girl, having a lot of friends that you can talk to and trust. Bad: Well the obvious of not being able to get a girlfriend because any girl you fancy sees you as just being a good friend.
