Close...Stewie does not say "F'in Cry." I've listened to the song many times, and I know that he says "Laugh and Cry." I even listened to the commentary (I got the DVD) and they said that it was "Laugh and Cry."

I'll admit, it couldbe either, it's hard to say, but the DVD says it's "laugh and" plus CC is usually screwed up. Besides, why the hell would he say "f'in'" cry? For one, it's a comedy show, and for another, he's Stewiefrom Family Guy. If he wanted to say "fuckin'", he'd say "fuckin'", not "f'in'".
