Its hacked? I thought I saw the last boss drop it and thought I just couldnt find it in that huge area. I heard you need a Dark Flow or is that total BS. Is ST planning on releasing it sometime?

Red Ring is still unobtainable but is has been removed from the banning list so if a hacked version where to get out they wouldnt been any sort of ounishment >_< maybe a new quest eventually will make it obtainable

The below is partially opinion, but I have some intuition to believe it is true.

There's this one site that shows drops for falz. Technically falz cannot drop rares. But, I think that if you use a dark weapon, get rico, and make her vanish, there is a slim chance of getting one of three drops (red ring, rico's earrings, and rico's glasses). Red ring drop rate is 2.7% with whitil ID, supposedly. Now, there is just one problem. The red ring is banned online - so you cannot attempt to get it online at least. HOWEVER, I HAVE had someone I know tell me after 50 tries he got it in offline multi mode from red ring rico. I have no way to know if he is telling me the truth, because he told me when he got online with it he got a 1 day ban. So he keeps it in his bank and can't show it... So, the only way to find out if you can get it is to play a whitil game with offline players. It's worth a shot. (3 other IDs work too, I forget what they are though. It is best for whitil though because the other three only have a 1.8% chance).
