is there a chart ne where that tells u how often an enemy drops a rare?

there is no real rate... click on item findings on the menubar on the left of the screen on the homepage to find what monster willl drop it for you

and yeah, wrong forum. this should be in mag, quest item discussion. it will probly be moved by a mod

Yes, I happened to have found a couple purely by accident, but they are in my favorites now. One lists them by number rarity, the other the actual % drop rate.
