This is a pole for anyone between 14 and 20 (I think)
Basicly, I was wondering how many people out there remember those annoying little commercials with Hal Johnson and Joanne McLoud interrupting power rangers or what ever... Not that i ever watched power rangers you understand (It is safe to say that this only applies to north america)

Ok... slightly overkill, but these cretons tried to make me have a heathy lifestyle AS I SAT ON THE COUCH WATCHING TV. talk about wrong domgraphic! I dont care about daily excercise or fat free fruit snacks now let alone when i was like five!

Hmmm... Does anyone here actualy know what body break was? perhaps it was just a Canadian thing. If so, the rest of the world lucked out. They were like richard simmons but you saw them every 15 min.
