Delsaber's Buster

Okay, I have recently found 2 Delsaber Right Arms. Now, what in the world do I do with them in order to get a Delsaber's Buster? I'm stumped. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Well, it'd tedious if you haven't done all the offline quests already...

1) Well... Do all the offline quests.

2) Go into any of the quests where Dr. Montague is walking around on Pioneer 2. (I usually use Dr. Osto's Research.)

3) Have the Arm in your inventory when you talk to him, and he'll make it into the Delsabre's Buster.

you dont have to complete all the quests. i didnt and it worked.
1.go to docs secret plan and finish the quest
2.go to dr. osto's research and dr. m. will be walking around.
3.talk to him with the item in your inventory.

Well, whatever, I was under the impression that you needed to do Dr. Osto's Research and Unsealed door before you could do Doc's Secret Plan.

Either way, it's better to have the quests done than not done.
