Sorry, but for some weapons and armor you have to obtain an item like "Heart Key", or "Magic Water", and these are only obtainable Online, by trading Photon Drops in an Online quest. =/

It cant be fixed unless sega works real hard at it. its mostly memory card related so thats the big problem. and besides it will get boring offline soon and online is the best part of PSO.
