I don't think it's possible to have % on a weapon that came from an enemy part.

I don't think it's possible to have % on a weapon that came from an enemy part.


It is, because of the photon drop quest thing that's online only. 20 photon drops add 5% to any non-hit percent, unless you already have 3 %'s being used. Like if you have Machine Dark and Hit, you can't add to native or a beast.
