That URL is trying to display a picture through some sort of query... In otherwords... Rather than referencing a picture, you're referencing an inanimate string of ASCII.

Indeed, you'll need to upload the pic onto the web and then link via the http://www.imagelocation.com/myimage.jpg tag, as explained previously. To upload pics to the web, look up the webspace provider's faq. They are usually pretty informative.
