I HATE DATEL!!!

I Ordered my Keyboard 2 weeks ago. It was suppost to ship in 5 Days. For a long time I could not check my order Stats and they would not reply to my emails. I checked again and it says Order date 8/13/03. Stats Checked Out. Now what the fuck does that mean!!! I want my stinkin Key Board! This is the last time I will ever order from those Reatadrs! Help...

Did you pay extra for speed shipping? Or did they give you an exact date it was to be shipped?

Packages normally take 4-6 weeks, unless said otherwise. Even then, I still expect it after a long while.

Sounds to me like they just sent it out on the 13th, If having it come 2 weeks late is the worst that happens to you in dealing with Datel, consider yourself lucky.

I waited 3 months for my keyboard, it never came, then after I contacted them about it they said that it wasn't shipped due to error in processing. They never told me that... just pay good attention to what you get on the internet, that's all.

Damn Datel! Damn them all to hell! GRRR! They don't even respond to E-mails! Mabey I should cancel but I have no idea if it is sent or canceled cause I don't understand European Terms! Anyone here a Lawyer!?

try a different keyboard :

I'm on keyboard #3... first two were busted. One arrived in the mail busted, second one was bought at gamestop. Gamestop keyboard was less busted (#1 worked every three seconds for three seconds - odd short. And #2 would randomly turn itself off so i had to unplug and replug to get to work and seem to have lag issues on occasion too). Maybe I'm bad luck on keyboards, as not everyone has problems... but others on the site have had them too.

I canceled my damn order and got one from Gamestop. But hell they will probaly send it anyways. If I had $80 I would gladly buy the ASCII Keyboard but I can't get a job till next year! Dammit!
