No no no, GULD is for Male Rangers, MILLA is for Female Rangers, and GULD MILLA is for all Rangers.

you can take pretty much any group of people or any organization and say they are somehow sexist.

Example? Architects... the majority of buildings are quite phallic, there really aren't very many cave like structures or hell, not that many dome like structures either. Then there are really debatable buildings such as the Swiss Re Building. Am I allowed to use the word Dildo on the forums? I mean, that can be construed as being both feminine as well as masculine...
