Made it myself. Used Photoshop 7 on Mac OS X.2.6, a bit of overlaying, a gradient, kick-ass font...

If by "Banner" you mean "Sig" then we do have a thread for this:

Sheesh..how could I have overlooked this thread. And yeah...if it was a banner or something, you need to post it up as an image. Right now, I'm seeing sig, and as pointed out, there's a thread for that.
