Which classes can learn lvl 15 techs? (esp RAmar?)

Some may obviously not, but would it be possible through equipping god/minds just to learn them, and de-equipping them afterwards?

If not, which classes can? I'm pretty sure HUmars can, since the PK movie on the main site shows one doing so.

I can't speak for other classes, because I have no imagination, so I just keep using the same class over and over (Danger Girl = Hunewearl). I can use level 15 techniques http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif. Equiping and unequiping God/Mind works. I do it all the time. Once you learn the technique you can't unlearn it after your MST drops below the requirement.

RAmars can learn all techs, Forces just learn them faster and can do more damage (not sure about the damage part, Im a droid remember) Try making a mag with a high mind only. Only use this mag when you want to learn techs.

Also, vote for me in the Miss PSO world. I want world peace and can juggle a volkswagon. I also have a nice ass...

RAmar can use all techniques? Hmmm...Ra, Megid, and Grants techniques require over 501 MST, right? RAmar has 500 max MST...so no, RAmars can't use all level 15 techniques.
