How Do Dupers Dupe!

I have been wondering. Just how to dupers dupe their items without using a gameshark. Does anyone know how.

dude ok they drop there item then turn off game go back to same room and get it back that easy

off the top of my head were they all over level 17. They say 16 but it is actually 17

Also have you never killed all of them at once or have you killed them all at once before.
