Of course it is. If not it would just be Phantasy Star CARD Revolution, or they would change it to Phantasy Star Offline Card Revolution http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif It will be though, the trial version is, and the whole point of PSO is to be online, so why wouldn't it be?

thats why there are online card levels and as guntz said, ps online. and thats why the trial is online
