Prologue - Chapter 0
--------------------
Three of the greatest rangers met one day, before Numans, Andriods, and Humans had to leave Earth in search of a new planet to live on.
These rangers, Justy, Visk, and Wals, had completed the greatest quests ever recognized by the Hunter's Guild.
But, as the planet neared its time before it would be useless, they were slowly dying too. Their bodies were in perfect health from the excersize of hunting. But they all three had fallen ill to the same disease, an unknown toxin emmited by a large beast they killed on one of their adventures. Their time was on a limit, and Visk, being more of the brains of the group, stood up from the table they all sat at. "We should make weapons after ourselves, so that our legacy won't die with this planet!" he exclaimed, slamming both hands on the table to get the two other's attention.
"You're right, Visk." said Wals after some thought, tapping the ashes off of his cigarette, "We're also some of the greatest blacksmiths of our era. Making weapons to fit the purpose of killing unwanted monsters would seem perfect to make rangers after us remember what guidelines we laid down."
"But," said Justy, interrupting the joyous thought, "This planet is dying. If rumor is true, and everyone is going to Ragol, then we need to make weapons that can fight whatever is over THERE." he pointed out.
"Thats just it! Use the most recent techonogy!" Said Visk, smacking a fist into his open palm, "We're all gonna die, and our bank accounts are crammed full of Meseta, we could easily afford materials and technology to create these."
"But, we should make our weapons different, and so that they'd reflect who we are." added Wals, "So it doesn't look like we were all the same person or that we all weren't unique in our own ways."
"The most recent technology on weapons we can use is Photon." said Justy as he read the e-news (newspaper on a palm pilot. Small and handy.)), "But the weapon's strength can only be determined by the purity of Photons used to create it."
"We'll use it. If I'm correct, we can use those Grinders to make the Photons purer." said Visk.
"And how does that work?" asked Justy.
"Grinders seak anything non-Photon related in the weapon battery and discharge tube. They melt away the impure components in the Photon, making it work better." said Wals.
"Then, we're going to carry on with this?" asked Visk to get everyone set on the same page.
"Yea!" said Justy and Wals together
