Don't get too excited... I did this by tracing and re-coloring one of my wedding pictures, and slapping the result on a carefully selected screenshot...

for the narrowbanders... (http://www.angelfire.com/anime5/vangarrett/Picture_021_halfsize.jpg)(210k)

For people with broadband, or those with narrowband that just don't give a flying pineapple... (http://www.angelfire.com/anime5/vangarrett/Picture_021.jpg)(466k)

That would indeed be VanGarrett, and his wife, Maegan.

That's neat! It's like cell-shading. ^v^ The section ID's are uber crisp - where did you get your resource? I recently manually added the section ID to my PSO Solin HUmar pic, which was rather tricky because it was so small.

I dunno if the site is still around, but I got the Section IDs from PSO Zone. A little tweeking with Photoshop's Burn and Dodge tools gives them a nice metallic touch, I think.

Thanks! They have nice GIF versions of the Section IDs. This will help a lot in fixing up this guy's Whitill ID. I had no reference but to look at Red Ring Rico's section ID from an old wallpaper. And you know her ID has to be on her back. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif
Ahhh, the good old free transform...

Talented writer and Photoshopper, at least. I like to goof around with Photoshop and occationally look up new Photoshop techniques periodically... All it takes is a little effort and resourcefulness. Even still, I'd sooner call it a work of boredom than a work of art.
