theres no such thing as a lvl 200 pow mag. all mags start out with 5 def, so the max pow u can have is 195. but not to sound negative any more there is someone out there who will trade one to u, i would have but got corrupted a few weeks back and im still rebuilding http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_cry.gif.

Im pretty sure he means the mag level not pow level and if so yes I have a few level 200 pow mags with 150 pow...are you on the box or gcn?
