not yet... the tower quests arent unlocked. but you can get a fabulous s-rank mechs after completing challenge mode

yes they are about, ive seen them. they steal just as much as the flight fan, but 80 for androids, i have a neelde that steal exp, no mechs though. so they are out there.

i got ahold of some mechs that steal exp, they are not for trade but they exsist.

yup, i haven't seen them in use, but judging by the kings spreads i've seen... it's a definite.

maybe the hackers are being semi-responsible this time and not letting them become as abundant as the J-swords and BKBs.
