IF you are an organic hunter or ranger, its a good idea to have a stat altering tech shortcutted. There are many instances where having razonde/rabarta ready are useful, like when you are surrounded by enemies. Your techs may attack faster than your weapon, and if you're surrounded by enemies, you can freeze/shock them so they cant hurt you, then make your escape.

A...well informed guy once said "And just what gave you the impression that FKers play PSO?". It seems he was right, because anyone who has the slightest amount of info about the techs of the game would know that RAbarata and RAzonde do things people like to call status ailments (shock and freeze, as pointed out in the original post).
