Help!How can i get the pan thing?

I know that allmost everyone knows how to get it but not me can you help me out?Im on V-Hard and i have not found one rare Item in the forest lots of people say there is a lot of them there.

you get it in the quests. You can even get it on normal mode.

Rare items can appear just about anywhere anytime, but...well...rarely.

"Special Weapon" items which actually aren't "rare" by any stretch of the imagination crop up in Hard Ruins and V-Hard Mines and Ruins. Most weapon drops will be "? SPECIAL WEAPON", but usually it'll just mean a Varista or DB sabre or Club of Laconium or Crush Bullet (in other words, nothing to get excited about).
