Why can't i get into the Ruins?

I beat the Mines and it transports me to the doorway of the ruiins. The door has these 3 key things and It won't open! How do i get in!?

Please this might sound pathetic but i need help

OK. Remember those strange columns you found in all the levels? You have to go back and activate them all. Then go beat the Mine boss again, and go through that door. The columns are in the 2nd part of each level (ie Forest 2, Caves 2, Mines 2).
