Who else is happy with segas new updates???

i dont know about u but there new udates ROCK!!!!! its hillarious when someone is in a game then alloff a sudden disconnects and comes backlike 5 minutes later say " how come when ever i load my GOd/hp++ or Decil/tech-- i get disconnected" and then they try to load them again and they get disconnected..... im so happy with there updates now we can use our prized weapons that we found and are lagit ( except for the assholes who r soemhow still dupin) we can use them in a public server ( after u get there cards ) ..... but ne ways what does everyoen else think about the new update????

this is the coolest thing since sliced bread. lol im glad the dam thiefs have to rethink their plans. i played in password games but now i can go to any game and not have to worry about so a$$hole killing everyone. Props to sega for finally doing something.

It's great to be back to just having thieves to deal with, and quite frankly, every online game will always have 'em, but I think we're up to the challenge. Heh.

I think everyone will agree that the less people that can cause an unfair advantage over anyone (without gaining fairly) is a good result for us all. Theives have no place in this game!

Honestly i feel that Sega has done atleast something right. I've also noticed that i've seen a few people who cant equip/pull out their Opa-Opa 999 anymore. I havent tested this since i dont have one. But i feel a little safer equipping my Psycho Wand now... but not terribly. You still have the idiots who will help you until the right moment to watch you die and steal your stuff. It seems to me there is no perfect solution, but atleast i can go after DF without having some buttmunch tryng to PK me.

My only experience being pk'd sucked. Made it a simple Vhard kill of DF to a impossible mission since we had our level 95 companion quit, and a level 65 isnt going to help very much.

the only thing i truly dislike is that thieving has started on the Japanese servers by people who are, either japanese. Or speak it. Noticed that about a week ago, that even the Japanese decided, if americans can do it without being punished. So can we.

What we need is a simple option, that asks when your dead if someone try's to take your equipped weapon, or gold stash. it asks "would you like to allow JoeBobThief to take your Psycho Wand +15?"

In otherwords protect the fallen equipment from Dead players, not dead mobs thought. I think it would be easy for them to implement, and in order to give it to them. You have to type 'Yes' not click yes, or no.. but using the keyboard type it.

Because you know how your talking and something pops up and you didnt notice it and boom, you just did something catastrophic?

I think maybe if sega implemented that idea right there, it would end the thievers problems COMPLETELY. Even if it was a Yes/No prompt would be better then not.

All you really need to do to protect yourself from theives is have a trusted buddy around. Both of you keep a heal spell and reverser (or Moon atomizer) in your shortcut list, and heal each other when needed. If someone does happen to die, grab your buddy's stuff and HOLD it for them. When it's safe, give the weapon and meseta back. Easy enough, ne?
