Does AOL work for PSO?

AOL doesn't even work on Dreamcast, let alone PSO.

dammit i was gonna show my firend the grandure of PSO online but all he has is AOL. now even if i configure it to use his dial in # it will not work? DAAAAAMN HIIIIIM AND HIS AOL
