If I hadn't seen the preview for the movie, then based on the title I'd say it's about a homosexual gorilla who's equally homosexual best friend (who just happens to be named Bill and who is a parrot) burns the gorilla's favorite designer jeans and escapes to Guatemala to join a clan of Uber Nazi Parrots.

There's a movie called "Kill Bill"? If I remember correctly, there's a game for the TI-89 graphing calculator called that, where a picture of Bill Gate's head flies across the screen and you have to shoot it.

Ok I saw the movie...it was weird...and makes you laugh at other's misfortunes...

Such misfortunes include, but are not limited to:
Severed limbs with blood fountains...
Breakdancing with samurai swords...
An animated section on spattering blood and blood fountains...
Kaboom cereal...
Implied "night activities" with comatose patients...

...and other such themes that prove fun for the whole family.
