Delaware was founded in the 1720's when William Penn decided to let the "lower counties" of Pennsylvania elect their own assembly. Eventually, the lower counties broke off and became Delaware. That has to be the most useless peice of information I ever learned in history so far this semester.

i care. deleware has no state tax, which means u buy stuff for what there sold for. a redeming quality for a state that few live in.
