GameMagizine was a Prize for a Contest in Famitsu (A japanese gaming magizine) back in Vers1/2, and they had special costumes for Famitsu Editors too. If you are on GC, I have no idea why it's still in the code.

BTW: It's in PSOWorlds Itembase and is a card type.
