Wow. Talk about false advertisment. You can create a Geocities account and then change the extention to "txt" and link to the image without any problems.

Angelfire doesn't disable stuff due to IP
they ban for the name of it ...

I just registered a new one ...

Damn! I'm gonna have to reregister every month!

I used the same e-mail address, IP address, same name, and same address, phone # ...etc
(all fake, except for email)

.... the only difference was the first was
