Why does ST censor seemingly random words. Take the phrase " coca cola " for example. If you type that in on PSO it comes out as " coca #$*! ". Why do they do that? Know any other random censored words?

We don't need a list of words that aren't usable on PSO. There have been threads like this before, many times and they usually get locked due to the word usage.

Quick check of spanish dictionary and neither were there. Didn't check for congugated forms though.

Cola is just a Spanish word whose meaning differs upon the usage in a particular sentence. It can mean your gludeaus maximus or just a plain old animal "tail". Marica is incomplete, you would need to add at least one more consonant to it. But it is an insult to some. All and all it is plain silly that we take notice of the things that we cannot say or can. When gameplay and fairness is what we should really be concerned about. I don't go online just to say insults or flame people. I go online to meet with new people, have a good time, share experiences, and of course to wreak havoc on the critters of Ragol.
