The strongest enemy you can face in any videogame (console, PC, coin-op) ever released so far is the following one:

Is that one of those pigs from Wind Waker?
I s'pose you've got a point. They're invincble and all, plus they pack one hell of a punch for a piggy.

Hah.

Those pigs pale in comparison to that kid with the snot hanging out of his nose on the first island you start out on in Wind Waker.

nah, the cucoos in Ocarina of Time were far more deadly then the little piggies.

Kizaragu
Oct 27, 2003, 08:58 PM
But the piggies look so cute! They've got the whole "I'm cute but evil" thing going on!

Dime

They're not evil.

There was a Chinese guy named Lu Bu in an 8bit NES game, he was tough.

I take it you've never picked a fight with that big black pig. He can take out Link with all of his hearts in under 5 hits.

They are evil. Just... look at their face:

I take it you've never harrased the cucoos in Ocarina of Time. They come out of nowhere, in great numbers, in every direction. Your shield can't save you. The only way to live is to make it inside a house before they destroy you.

Or stomp their asses in with epona.

Kizaragu
Oct 28, 2003, 03:37 PM
Or just leave them alone? http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Bradicus

or drown em in garudo valley.

geewj
Oct 28, 2003, 05:19 PM
But it's an infinite amount of cucoos. It would take a infinite amount of water and an infinite amount of time to drown an infinite amount of cucoos. And since no such amount of water or time exists then it is impossible to defeat said cucoos.

Bradicus
Oct 28, 2003, 05:26 PM
are they infinite? i think the same 12 just take off and attack repeatedly.... thats right, we are dealing with a gang.

geewj
Oct 28, 2003, 06:17 PM
That's possible. Statistics show that cucoo gang related violence went up from Link to the Past to Ocarina of Time, but the increase is so marginal that it's possible that it's only refering to the cucoos that kept escaping from thier pen. To truly solve this unsolved mystery we would have to have a chat with the programers and the cucoos themselves, which poses two problems.

A- If it is indeed a gang of cucoos then there will be no chance in getting them to sit down in a room with us to have a talk about Ocarina of Time.

B- If it is a infinite number of cucoos then we would have to have an infinite number of interviews unless we wanted to get them all in the same room which would take an infintly large room and allow an infinite amount of time for them to arrive late.

I think the only viable solution here is rash sterotypical generalization concerning the cucoo popultion.

I warned you this would happen. But did you listen?

They've gotten to you, haven't they? Of course they have. An infinte amount of cucoos could cover an infinite amount of space and have an infinite amount of influence on an infinite number of people. The only limiting factor to the infinite number of cucoos is of course the small number of resources in comparison to their infinite domain.

Fuck fuck fuck, we're all screwed.

OK guys, enough with the cucoos. I've just found an even more tough enemy:

http://www.kero.it/fede/junk/cane.jpg

He's stronger than a gang of cucoos and an horde of pigs.

No video game enemy can withstand the HAMMER!
*crushes all consoles and PCs*

Now the strongest enemy in a game will be your
Great Aunt Carol at Bridge.

It is highly unlikely that the cucoos are infinite, as they attack with too much precision and strategy to be merely a random crowd. It is plain that they are an organized, and trained crew using guerilla tactics to overcome. They get in and out before a proper counter attack can be put into action. The only way to quash this underground cuckoo consortium is for all citizens to have Naru's love handy... or a horse... but even these are merely stalling procedures. We need to strike when and where they least suspect it. This is war. They pull a beak, we pull a master sword. They send one of ours to the hospital, we send one of theirs to bombchu bowling.

This is war gentlemen.

But weren't they the ones that trained your Prancians? And how was that gang of 12 Cuckoos trained so well, did their leader or someone go to someplace like West Point, or are they born with insticts that let them know how to fight an unfair fight (making it seem like an infinite number of Cuckoos when there is only 12 or so)?

Hmm...

Plus, why would we send one of theirs to Bombchu Bowling? why not just use it to help feed the Prancians? They must be getting tired of http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/pizza.gif.

hmmm... us preancians dont like cuckoo that much. They aren't gamey enough. We do indeed like bombchu bowling, and whats the point without some cuckoos to nuke?

Anyway, we have a theory on who originally trained the cuckoos

O, ok, so he's the one who trained them. Didn't the Cuckoos and/or him train you and the Preancians? And you don't like http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_chicken.gif?

nah, its just too damn dry.

as for the prancian combat training, our methods have been passed down through untold generations. From the macerina to the cha cha slide, the origens of our training are shrowded in mystery. Perhaps the cuckoos have the same background as us.... who knows?

I grew up watching shows like this.

There is nothing more sinister and evil. One banned episode involved Zippy talking about playing with his 'balls'. No kidding.

I found this..

"Hyrulian Times has recently found two men accused of Cuccoo training. The notorious Ganondorf and the quiet but evil Talon. It turns out that Ganondorf of the Gerudu Tribe has been paying Talon 500 Rupees a week to train the Cuccoos in the art of attacking with Gurilla Warfare. We are currently investigating this matter, We will be back with more details as soon as we aquire them.
