any one else have a hard time gettin the adaptor to work?

took me a while...i had to wait for sega to call me back cuz i couldnt figure it out...they took 2 1/2 hours...sucks cuz right after i got it done i had to go to work...now im here at work and all i wanna do is act sick or sumthing to get the hell outta here....
