The first one, being sort of flowery in the background, does not really fit the rivalry between Spike and Vicious...plus, they aren't even looking at each other.

The second one is slightly better, but feels a little empty with the white space being...well... white. Maybe if the background was black with a white text and white line border it might work, I don't know.

The third one, which I assume was added after the poll was created, still was some slight problems, such as the hair in front of his face. That's kind of odd. The quote "See You Space Cowboy..." is a tad overused, but gets the job done in a way. The font is also more enjoyable than that of the second one.

So I vote third, if that's even part of your choices.
