Gundam SD: Charming, I'm Assuring

I came home last night, and my brother had left the T.V. on. I sat down and watched for a second, and was greeted by what looked like mini zakus attacking some mini gundam I had never seen before with birthday candles and strawberries. I saw an episode of it a while back and in this episode, Talgeese did a song and dance number. It was quite hysterical.
