Ok i am makin a Pow and Des mag...Dimate raises Pow but what raises Dex the most. THx

antiparalis i belive and i think Antidote do a fair amount too

I'm trying to do the same myself. Ive found that antidotes raise both, but sadley not by much.

The thing about this is that a mags taist changes with each evolution. What raised its Def real high in its first evolution, might raise Int in its next evoulution and lower the def a smll part. Some guides have like list in them that tell you by classing the mag and the foods the mags like.
