I do beleive trading anything that is PSO related is legal...no matter what it is...

lol. anyone who wants any of those mags (plus i got like 7 more he doesnt) can get them from me for free

check the mercenaries guild page in the team center to find the scheduled date when ill be on and you can pick some up
