One or the other, have to choose between RAcaseal or the other Female Ranger.

Racaseal. For some reason I just can't stand RAmarls.. I don't know why, just my opinion I guess. RAcaseals have higher ATP and DEF, but no techs. RAmarls have fairly decent techs, so it would depend on your opinion and how you want to play.

Doesn't matter they are both good and also they both arent exactly very common classes...

I tried using a RAmar but i just couldnt use her, dont know why lol i just didnt like her. Why not make one of each, play both to see which one you prefer and get rid of the one you dont want next time you want to make another character by re-creating them?

It's all up to you. Do you want a spell caster, or an Android? RAmarls are the Second Best Non-Force Spell casters (Behind HUnewearl, and ahead of the Humar, with RAmar in dead last). Now, the RAcaseals have some better stats, but it's all up to you. They both lack in the ATP department, but I say that about all Rangers under level 110...

and what could be a good name? I was thinkin of the name "Myth"but I dunno?.....

When it comes to names, I think of some that I would be okay with, then I put them in my ID calculator. If I get a new ID, I use it, if I don't, I don't use it.
