GC: Rigel and Canopus

I haven't quite heard wtf is going on with these ships

I saw these two, along with other ships named in the GC ship list on PSOworld a long time ago, yet i have never seen them online until today, when i found Rigel and Canopus

Sorry if this has been asked before but might anyone know why I couldnt see them in the JP ship selection list before?

The 2 ships were on JP Ver 1.0, but were taken offline when Ver 1.1 was made, and Ver 1.0 lost most of its population.

Since Sega wanted more PSO EpIII /B ships, they put them back online as /B ships.

Why on earth is Ver 1.0 still separated from Ver 1.1? It's far easier to dupe using the shop dupe than it ever was using offline challenge mode in Ver 1.0.

So that's the big bug in ver 1.0 that caused ST to come out with a new version that erased all your items, huh?
