I think you can take different route during offline game you confirm?

I really don't know. Since I can't read japanese, what i'm doing is I'm going directly from the battle to the computer, and then picking the first stage.

I think theres different routes becuase sometimes when you beat 1 level out of 3 to chose from, those other 2 go away and you are given a differnt mission
