Donoph due to his determination to accomplish something even if it means his death. Even as a FO, you have to admire an old man on death's door wanting to go to Ruins 3 and whack monsters, even if you do most of the work for him. I felt real sad when he died, but I was happy to help him accomplish his goal.

Yeah... Donoph's death was tragically poetic... I really liked that. That quest still gets me. Did you know that it was Donoph that taught Ash how to fight?

Um, I would hafta say the nurses cause they are so hot. lol j/k I might hafta say Cicil, cause she is in love and about to get married. Plus she is all concerned about her weight like most women and my wife too! Ha, least fav would hafta be Nol Renale(sp?) just from the fact that that always brings back bad memories from the DC days.

Montague, Elenor, Ult, Shino, and Elly

I like the sub plot of Montague and Elenor, so sad when Ult is dying, also same with Shino, and Elly, she's in love with a computer... errr... something more in the online quests, but i'm not online so i don't know much about the story =(, but i've hear parts of them, and i think it's good

Also all of them are Androids and Newmans =D

Montague, by far. He's a FOnewm, for starters. He is really smart (for an NPC at least, lol). He constantly chuckles at everything ("Ha ha ha.") and treats his android creations like his daughters. Donoph because he's awesome. Montague because he's usefull and pretty funny. Then maybe Bernie because he's got a big gun and doesn't like people controlling him.

I am quite a fan of Donoph. And oddly enough, Elly, pretty much only because of her stuff in Seat of the Heart, but also some of the stuff from regular-old Episode 2.

(A bit off-topic, but anybody else want to make a complete NPC list for PSO? And by complete, I mean even the minor characters that are just walking around Pioneer 2. When you think about it, there actually aren't that many NPCs... at least, not so many that a complete list isn't unreasonable. If anybody wants to help me with this task, just toss a PM my way.)

There are a shitload of NPCs, LOL.(Including two different FOnewms named Hopkins, bwahaha.)

What about nameless NPCs(The blue-clad HUnny with spiky red hair, the RAmar in purple)? Or NPCs who exist only in name(Dr. Osto Hyle, Dr. Calus)? XD

My favorite is Donoph. He works well as a meat shield and he doesn't die. On the other hand, my least favorite is Montague. Why? He has an EXTREME affinity to dying whenever I play Soul of Steel, and, on top of that, he steals too many damn kills.

Yeah, well, I did want to include even the nameless and faceless NPCs, because they do show up/come up quite often.

Also, I didn't realize that there were two different Hopkins. Is it possible that it's just a costume change of the same guy?

And Robo brings up a good point... NPCs that die. Cause, it sure appears that Bernie dies in an Episode 1 quest, but he's most definitely alive in Seat of the Heart. I guess he just got injured or something?

Anyone else like to help with the list?

Complete the subplot where you tell Sue her name, then go back and do "The Retired Hunter". Look around Pioneer 2 and you'll see a familiar face... he'll explain a few things.

While you're at it, go back and do "Soul of Steel" and "Seat of the Heart" again after completing the said subplot. You get the full story that way...

Oh, and the NPC in the "Retired Hunter" quest. His death was sad... The most memoriable part was when he fell over, and my character turned around and said "?"... first thing that came to mind was "Moon atomizer!"...

Yep, it sure seems that way. Oh, and here's an interesting tidbit: Donoph Baz is the DB mentioned in DB'S Sabers/Swords/Frame/Sheild. Very interesting, no?

Oh, and could someone please explain to me, the whole Sue/Bernie plot? I don't really understand it, besides the fact that they have some sort of relationship...doesn't help that I always tell Sue my name, automatically...>_<

Yeah, I don't get it either..I always DON'T tell Sue my name so I can go after the Soul Eater quest.

Also my fave character has to be Ash! He's not as annoying as the rest. Doesn't talk much either...
