Online mode question

Could I play with my mem card on someone else's system? I would really like to trade my photon drops for stuff but I don't have online mode (and probably never will).

On GC just plug you Memory Card in Slot-A and your friend's in Slot-B. Select "Online" there will be a prompting saying you do not have ISP settings, choose "use information in Memory Card in Slot-B" and voila http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
