Let's see...

- Darvants, if you count them as a form
- The first real form, with the dragon heads
- The second real form, with the scary giant bulb... thing
- The third, last form, with claws o'pain

So I'd say 3 or 4 depending on what you're going by.

well, if want to get technical, there ARE five forms;

-darvants
-lizardy bitch-to-kill form
-floaty easy-to-kill-if-it-werent-for-those-uber-techs form
-shiny annoyance form
-if you kill him with a dark weapon you get rico, which, i guess, you could call a form x.X?

I wouldn't really count Rico since there's no way to get her outside of using hacked items. XD

meh, well then i guess theres only four forms. unless you want to count the area before the darvants appear, but thats getting waaayyy too technical...
