I'm pissed of now. I finally found a Pal Rappy. Out of all the rares to find in the offline game (apart from red slime) this was the last one i had to find and i really thought i'd get something good. So far i've found several hildeblues three al rappies, two hildetorrs, five nar lilies and one mil lily and do you know what i've reaped from this lot? 1 God/HP and lots of meseta!! http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Does anyone else have this trouble or is it just me? Nope, all the rare enemies I've found have left me fine rares. Except for the ones in normal.

Heh, the similar thing had happened to me. I had finally fought my first red slime in ult offline and it dropped me, yeah you guess right... just meseta. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Pal Rappies on Skyly drop Angel Harp, an 11-star item. It will take you at least 20 before you get it, most likely. (It's not even good, so don't worry about getting it)

I've seen every possible offline rare enemy at least once these are my findings
(for a bunch of different section id's)
Hildeblue: 5 (Varista, Hildeblue's Head x2 and meseta x2)
Al Rappy: 8 (Rappy's wing x3, Branch of Pakupaku x2, Inferno Bazooka, meseta x2)
Nar Lily: 4 (Varista, Dragon/HP x3)
Poully Slime: 1 (Resist/Flame)
Love Rappy: 2 (meseta, nothing)
Hildetorr: 1 (Frozen Shooter)
Pal Rappy: 1 (nothing)
Mil Lily: 3 (meseta x2, Knight/Power)
I guess I've been kinda lucky..

pouilly slime (VH) x2 - 2x cure/shock =)

I know I can't say I've had the worst of luck (Look at sig) but to be fair, it did take me a year to finally get some things to drop ^_^

I'm still looking for the Windmill from the Temple Mil Lily though, 4 Mils, 1 Thief/Legs-, Some meseta, Antiparalysis and something else that I didn't get... (I certainly hope that wasn't the Windmill! >.<)

I don't see many rare enemies in the higher difficulties. But I did see a few Nar Lily and a Red Slime (my second ever! I saw my first with my friend in split-screen Normal). But I was on Normal, so all I got was Resist Thunder and Meseta. Bah!

Well after a mammoth online session for me last night me and some mates found two Pal Rappies and both dropped nothing!

Being a Skyly HUmar what would be the best enemies to kill to get decent stuff?

Heh! Pal Rappy don't drop very often on Skyly (apparently, it's 1 in every 21...!). When they do drop, you get an Angel Harp!

Dark Gunner gets you Skyly Card.
Gran Sorceror will get you Psycho Wand! But, apparently, it's almost 300,000 to 1 chance!
It's easy to get Egg Blaster Parts from a SpaceShip Baranz...

Good stuff really is a matter of taste. Like Chu Chu Fever!

I beg to differ about the Angel Harp. It's a pretty good weapon for FOmarl's an it looks good on them too.

I've fought each and every kind of rare enemy in the game and had both good luck and bad luck when it comes to their drops.

First and only time ever I find a Hildetorr (in Heat Sword, it jumped right behind me), instead of dropping a Frozen Shooter (50% chance I believe), it gives me a lousy Zalure lv 15... at least my NOOBmar got the tech.

It takes patience and luck to get those rares, just hang in there.

I don't see why people constantly complain about rare enemies.. i've seen hundreds of them in my 1000+ hours and more than half of them don't drop a rare.. that's just how it goes, if you really want the item keep at it. It's that simple, if the rare enemy doesn't drop your item don't go around posting that rare enemies hate you, this is a game of luck and numbers and like just about all game's you'll never accomplish anything major without luck and time.
