What is the trick to getting a MechaChao?

Ok well I hvae part to a MechChao, I have heard many ways to get it, but this is what have tried, lvl 200 Chao that is maxed in 50lvl across the board, ect it wont eat the part. I also heard that Opa Opa needs fed the part to get Mecha, I tried this with it at fully power and it wont eat it.
I have heard that you need a mag that has lvl 70 in at least 2 catagories, which I am working on now, but I just havent seen anyone with a MechaChao mag? Is there a way to get one, If so please tell me how?

I think all you need is a level 200 mag with maxed IQ and synchro.
