hi, this is probably old news to most still but i'd like to give my input anyway, i'm a whitill 31 force, playing totally offline and only up to the mines. I have noticed that after 100 hours of gameplay my 'rares' have increased, by this i mean that i find more stuff that i can sell for cash at the store. as we speak my DC is on at home while i am here at uni online... i wish i could play online, but offline with a force i need every advantage i can get without actually 'cheating'. ok, thats my 2 cents.

i have no phone in my house, i'm a student like most gamers, we ahve no phone because i can't get one in my room and i dont trust my housemates, i have to wait till septmeber before i can move in with my girlfriend... i may even hit level 100 before i am online at all!! LOl, so i guess i may be able to answer any questions on whether rares can be found offline by then!!
