As an android, I would like to say a couple of things:
Androids have rights you know! We aren't just "trash cans" ahem *cough* Danger Girl *cough*...We are mechanichly working, living things! I am tired of being left out of cookouts because I cannot start fire without the use of matches! And at winter none of the droid boys and girls can play on the ice, just because we can't make our own!!!
It's time for the android kind to unite as one! We must let Humans/newmans know who's in control!!

Why can't humans, newmans, and androids work together. As a team we could kick Dark Falz into a new level of pain, faster. Without the need for trap vision, you could free up some inventory space.

On a more serious note, A team with 2 Androids in the front line, a Force in the middle, and a Ranger in the back is without a doubt the best team you can have. The Android Hunters kill with hack and Slash in the front, while the forces freeze the enemeis and cast resta, the Rangers meenwhile could be shooting away and watching everyone back..

I got a few weapons with high percentages against machine (Ha! I guarantee you don't have anything against Human) so I imagine I can dish out more to you than you to me. Anyway, I doubt battle mode works the same as combat does now, otherwise whomever attacked first would win. Yay. So we'll see.

Hmm, I don't think HP really matters if you can't really do damage. Me debanded and you jellened, who knows if you could even damage me...

Androids have five major advantages over fleshlings.

One, their base stats are often higher than their fleshy counterparts to make up for the lack of techs. Any HUcast'll tell you this right off the bat. Not only are they better with the weapons they've selected, but they can use them sooner and more effectively. However, a lack of techs is the big equalizer between HUcasts and HUmars, because yes, those HUmars will *mostly* catch up to the HUcasts in terms of pure stats, and while they might not have the sheer staying power of their droid counterparts, their wide variety of techs ensures that they're not going to have any problems surviving a fight.

Two, immunity to poison and paralysis. This means that Droids don't ahve to worry about the two most common and annoying afflictions in the game. In a room full of Lillies, the HUcast goes first. And hey, they get to save a buck or two on healing supplies. This is great in the beginning when fleshies are low on cash, but later on, when high-level Antis are flying around left and right, eh.

Three, always find traps (except in the ruins). Again, save a buck or two. In a trap-filled room, the RAcast, HUcast, and RAcaseal can go first.

Four, and this one is actually quite subtle, they can go with the same button configuration for the entire game with a few modifications. All three modes of physical attack on the primary controller configuration, and a telepipe, a mate, and anything an android wants on that last button (like Star or Moon Atomizers). This simplicity makes androids ready for just about any situation. Of course, this simplcity also makes the game boring once in a while, but who cares how boring your controller configuration is when you're racing to get to that sweet spot on the board go you can paralyze a room full of Del Sabers and Dimenians?

And lastly, their specialized armor, the D-Parts (armor) and S-Parts (shield) are exceptionally powerful, perhaps the best suits of armor in the game. My RAcaseal won't be able to find a suit of armor to replace her no-slot D-Parts until level 80, and even then, there's a set of D-Parts v2.10 (which I have NOT found), which make some of the Parasite Wears out there just look sick. Then again, the fleshies get Deband and Shifta.
